Best Marketer Refund Policy

1. Refunds And Cancellation

All payments for app.bestmarketer.co (Best MarketeFooter Section 2r) and any related services are billed in USD and are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime, but previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. Similarly, annual payments are also non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.

In the event of cancellation of your Best Marketer subscription, you will lose access to all data within the app.bestmarketer.co ecosystem, including but not limited to Best Marketer Funnel Templates, Workflows, and Courses. Your membership in the Best Marketing Accelerator By BestMarketing (BestMarketer.co) Facebook Group will also be terminated.  

Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the initial purchase date for any reason.

2. Subscription Terms And Automatic Payment

As a Best Marketer user, you are responsible for fulfilling all payment obligations associated with your monthly or yearly subscription, as outlined in these Terms. 

On a recurring basis, every calendar month or year, your account will be charged for the upcoming subscription period, including any applicable taxes, subscription fees, and any accumulated charges from the previous period (collectively referred to as "Fees").

Even if you choose not to utilise the services provided by Best Marketer, your payment obligations remain in effect as specified in these Terms.

We offer payment options via credit or debit card, which we securely collect through our financial data collection system. 

By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to us storing transaction-related data, including the last four digits, the expiration date of the card used for the purchase, and payment due dates. You further acknowledge that payments are processed automatically in accordance with the terms of the specific service subscription (e.g., monthly or yearly) unless you cancel the subscription as per these Terms.

3. Free Trial

We offer new users a 14-day free trial upon registering with the Site (https://www.bestmarketer.co/). The account will be charged according to the user's chosen subscription at the end of the free trial.

4. Failed Monthly Payments

In the event of payment delinquency, we will proceed with account deletion and removal of any associated funnels within 14 days from the date of delinquency.

5. Access To Best Marketer: Including All Automatic Leads Assets, Funnel Templates, Automation, And Training Materials

Your membership with Best Marketer grants you exclusive access to our Digital Assets and Dedicated Support Channels. This access encompasses Best Marketer Funnel Templates, Email Templates, Automation Tools, and other valuable resources. 

Best Marketer retains trademark and copyright rights over its funnel designs and materials. All materials and assets provided within the Best Marketer ecosystem are non-transferable and are intended exclusively for use within the Best Marketer platform. Sharing or utilising these materials outside the Best Marketer ecosystem without our explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Changes To Our Refund Policy

Best Marketer may, from time to time, update this Refund Policy to ensure that this Refund Policy is consistent with our future developments, industry trends and/or any changes in legal or regulatory requirements. Subject to your rights at law, you agree to be bound by the prevailing terms of the Refund Policy as updated from time to time on our website at Best Marketer.
